For example, if a part failed in the 62nd month after purchase, the customer would pay 2/180 of the current replacement cost of the part.

Standards; and the foundation is exactly 15" off the floor.. Installing an
optional Headboard is just as easy as if you had a regular, flat bed.All
Adjustable Beds come with a "mattress retainer bar" that keeps the mattress
from sliding forward. Electropedic Beds come with nice-looking chrome mattress
retainer bars.
Casters
Your Electropedic Bed sits on (4) Four Locking Caster Legs. Let us know if you want to elevate or your lower your bed to a certain height. Normally, there is 8" of clearance underneath your beds. Dual Circular-Motion Massage System
Your Electropedic® WH2 has (2) Two Dual Circular Motion Massage System with Times are with different Intensities for each massager. Each Massager is specially foam encased to minimize any noise and vibration.
(2) Two Direct-Drive Motor System
The Electropedic WH2 and WH1 have two motors: one for the back and one for the legs. Direct-Drive Motor System: There are no belts or wheels between the frame and the motor. You can operate each motor separately or together. 20-Year Limited Warranty. 5-Years non-pro-rated.

FULL 1 YEAR WARRANTY PARTS, LABOR & TRANSPORTATION
Your adjustable base is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original Purchaser. During the first year, we will repair or replace, at no cost to the original Purchaser any defective part. This includes an authorized labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any part found to be defective.
2 YEAR MOTOR WARRANTY, PARTS, LABOR & TRANSPORTATION
Your adjustable base has a two year, full replacement warranty on parts, labor and transportation o the motors should your motors fail during the first two years of this warranty from the original purchase sale.
5 YEAR NON-PRO-RATED WARRANTY-PARTS
During year 2 through 5, from the original purchase date. We will replace any part on the adjustable base found to be defective to the original Purchaser. Liability is limited to the replacements of the defective part(s) ONLY with the Purchaser responsible for all service, installation, and transportation cost of said part(s).
20 YEAR LIMITED PRO-RATED WARRANTY PARTS
During year 6 through 20 from the original purchase date. We will replace, within the terms and conditions set forth this paragraph, our adjustable base part(s) found to be defective. Purchase shall pay 1/180 of the current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of months after the fifth year, from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the replacement part(s); Purchaser may be subject to charges for said parts to include, but not limited to, freight charges. Liability shall be limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) ONLY with the Purchaser responsible for all service, installation and freight cost for said part(s).
During the first two years after delivery to the original owner Electropedic® will at its option and without charge for labor and material, repair or replace the mattress having a defect in material or workmanship. After the first two years and through the twentieth year, repair or replacement will be made at a charge of one twentieth of the manufacturer's current retail selling price times the total number of years owned. In all cases, the transportation costs to and from the factory will be borne by the owner. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, Electropedic® reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality. This warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, abuse, overuse, accident or normal wear and tear. Unsanitary conditions or stains will void this warranty. In home service is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is valid if and only if the Electropedic® mattress is purchased simultaneously with an Electropedic® WH1 or WH2 base.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that can vary from state to state. Proof of original purchase is required to process a warranty claim.
