The Modular Aluminum Ramp systems basic design complies with ADA Codes Section 4.8.
The Standard Rail System (SRS) for the Modular Aluminum Ramps is a basic two line rail that is designed to meet ADA codes and have been the Standard Rail that AlumiRamp has offered over the years.    
The Advanced Commercial, Educational and Residential (ACER) rails are designed for use when codes require a heavy duty rail system with the optional 4" picket guards.

AlumiRamp Inc. along with most regulatory agencies recommend that 1 foot of run per 1 inch of rise in height (12:1 ratio). EXAMPLE: If a porch and steps have a total rise of 24", then a ramp with a 24 foot run would be required. this does not include any platforms that may be required for the ramp system.

ALUMILITE  bridging the gap.

The ALUMILITE series of ramps feature all welded aluminum construction with a permanent non-skid surface that is integral to the aluminum and cannot tear or wear off with use.  Excellent for use as a short term fixed ramp or for temporary needs.  When more portability is needed the Folding ALUMILITE is recommended.  This model folds in half for easier carrying and storage and features an integrated handle and closing strap.  The 29" width allows it to fit in vans with narrower doors.

READY RAMP  bridging the gap.

The READY RAMP offers excellent portability and compactness where longer lengths are required.  This model unfolds to its full size in 3 easy steps and has recessed hinges so the ramp surface is free of obstructions.  Construction is welded aluminum with an applied black non-skid surface.

RUBBER THRESHOLD RAMP  bridging the gap.

The RUBBER THRESHOLD RAMP from VanDuerr Industries is made of recycled rubber and can be used for thresholds up to 2-3/16".  This design is especially useful for sliding doors or doors that fit tightly in their frame as it does no cross the threshold.  All sizes come with tapered edges and a molded slip resistant surface.  Adhesive is available and the ramps can be easily cut to custom widths.

TELESCOPIC CHANNEL RAMP  bridging the gap.

Our TELESCOPIC CHANNEL RAMPs feature the most compact design available for easy portability.  Each lightweight channel extends to nearly double its length for fast and easy accessibility.  The channels are anodized so they slide together smoothly and have a black non-skid ramp surface.  Each ramp includes two channels.

THRESHOLD RAMP  bridging the gap.

The low profile aluminum THRESHOLD RAMP is ideal for use at doorways and thresholds from 1/2" to 6" in height.  The 2" top lip seamlessly covers the existing threshold for a smooth transition.  The welded construction and permanent skid resistant surface allow these ramps to be used inside or outside.

The A*COM SYSTEM offers a full line of ramps, steps, and platforms that have been developed to meet the more stringent demands of BOCA and other building codes.  This system is fully customizable, and can be configured to meet other specialized building codes as required.  The simple, modular design insures easy setup with very little training and the ability to easily reconfigure and/or relocate the system.  The prefabricated nature of the system allows us to have all standard components in stock and available for quick delivery.  AlumiRamp specializes in all type of code issues from ADA to BOCA and CABO.
